Dead Dance is registered as a song written by Gaga, Andrew Watt and Cirkut. With Gaga as a performer and no alternative title.

It's definitely a song. No remix.

And as others have said, BMI registration of a remix is unusual. Its even weirder for a tour interlude remix.
