I’ve loved all the analysis, didn’t need the mean or snippy people who are being rude just because I don’t agree with all their opinions.

 

I still don’t think the concept was executed that well and that’s my opinion. If that makes me pretentious then oh well

Each color for a tribe she was going on. And if it's true that it means the inclusion of all 12 tones, then Sine From Above has a lot more sense, so tie the points together and realize it's a journey and escapism from pain and trauma trough colors and music.

Not at all, but you are coming across that way, hence the sniping.

And a large majority of these posts are accurate analyses of Chromatica that you're rejecting, not just opinions. It's like saying that the sky is blue is just an opinion. 

But if you think that it's all half baked then that's fair, but you're just bringing this whole discussion to an unsatisfying stalemate.

Finally someone agrees with me  I just wasn't a fan of Chromatica. I loved how personal it was so I still have a soft spot for it, but all of the tracks were butchered by the production and some spotty lyrics. I wish she would release a piano version of it so I could bear listening to some of those tracks, but honestly she does much, much, better without a "concept" in mind. Just make dope music and put it out like everybody else... no need to box yourself into a theme or genre. Very glad she came to realize this with Mayhem.

There is when they correspond with what the artist intended. Gaga has explained all of this herself. You asked what Chromatica is, and people have told you.

Yeah I really fell off when she released Chromatica... I felt like she just didn't have her heart in the art and was making something she felt she was expected to do for the general public, but it didn't really work out that way and ended up just being an uninspired album with bad songwriting. I do love 911 though.

I love with mayhem you can really feel the lust for art and creating in the songs, there is so much passion - reminds me of the early albums

And I’ve explained multiple times that what Gaga has SAID about the album doesn’t align with what I hear and see when I experience the album and its era. What’s not clicking?!
