Plus with the gap between Singapore and Mayhem Ball - it's either the fan wet dream of a new setlist and show or taking time to make a music video. Touring makes more profit... Considering nearly all of her traditional promo has been focused in the US (with a bit of UK and Japan) since BTW/ARTPOP, it makes sense that they send the occasional single to radio in bigger international markets.
