Reissue would refer to TFM being tacked onto TF and later being pushed as a reissuing of The Fame, thus The Fame Monster (Deluxe) - the cover with the black jacket and white mushroom wig. An EP is short for Extended Play, it is typically used to refer to a musical project that doesn't necessarily meet the qualifications to be considered an album. Mainly because EP's tend to have a handful of songs. However, in this instance the EP would refer to The Fame Monster alone.
