After putting on a concert for over 2 million people live?

 

Projecting as an introvert it takes me the full weekend to recover from just working a 40 hour work week!  Imagine performing for 2 million people…. I know she’s strong and hard working but she’s still human

Yeah but think how much blood sweat and tears she put into preparing for it.

She has multiple date shows traveling the US,Europe, and Australia starting in July to the end of the year

A one date mega concert with plenty of rest afterwards is nothing

I don’t think she needed to de-stress — however, I’m sure it took her a LONG time to come down from the high of delivering such a fantastic performance to so many people. I keep repeating that when I talk about it — how exhilarating that must be. I don’t know if I could sleep despite how physically exhausted I would be

Yeah maybe performance high or sensory overload would have better word than de stressed.  
 

still I can’t imagine with a crowd that size that’d have to make anyone a little nervous before hand

Hope she can actually rest.

My head cannon thinking she is busy planning another move amidst the silence. She usually doing something when she is too silent. Say the recent ones includes filming MVs for Abra & Disease. And she might also have tons of meetings everyday. And of course rehearsal for SG shows and the tour.

Exactly!!! My mum used to tell me as a child how Paul McCartney, & MJ were so high on love & adrenaline after a concert they couldn't sleep till the next day. She's feeling so much love

Hopefully she's having a nice relaxing bath after all that running around (warmer one) but she does like the ice ones too.

It's liberating and empowering to perform/present something you love and passionate about, the build up can be stressful but not the actual act, unless you are not prepared.

Maybe some relief and a little less stress because it’s the first time performing all of thess new songs and whatnot.  However, she’s been performing for years so she’s a pro at this.
