They've been including Gaga in their interest surveys for years now, so this is definitely possible.

It varies. We'll most likely get the first announcement in the next month and then more sporadically until everything is revealed mid August.

There were rumors last year of a Gaga house within the horror nights community but a lot of them pointed out that the official twitter account just tweets things as a way to hype people. I guess in the past they have even tweeted “now we got bad blood” and other tweets like that and obviously no Taylor Swift house. So I wouldn’t take it too seriously yet. I mean there’s a slight possibility because of the rumors in the past but I doubt that account knows and just hypes people.
