So the fair criticism she got ain't "real" but her adoring fans are + people who were disappointed by her just need to "heal". 

At the VMAs she already said "go touch grass" to her critics right after the Luke collab' backlash so her bad faith bubble was expected.

She's deflecting all the blame onto the audience, which kinda makes sense for someone in her position. It's a useful coping mechanism for someone who has been the target of online hate for years now – both for valid and less valid reasons. 

The sad thing is that a lot of criticism now is very much valid and she isn't capable of seeing that anymore. Acknowledging her own wrongdoings would be too painful. So instead she puts on the mask of a martyr.
