Sure but it also is distinctly not *her work and Beyonce uses almost exclusively archival footage of hers that she owns. If nothing else it says telephone was on her mind in some capacity

It would be not wise, since there are recent interviews and media contents of how Beyoncè is basically stiched to Telephone p2.

If there will be a part two ft Bey, it will be a momentous event, since Telephone is wrapped like a candy in most of people's childhood or like easy days memory.
