Keytar for MAYHEM Ball??

This is so random but a sudden realization and I wanted to ask for people's thoughts.

Unless I haven't seen the right clip, I just noticed there was no Keytar for the MAYHEM shows yet and I don't recall one during the Chromatica Ball. Do you guys think a Keytar will make an appearance for the actual tour? If so, what do you think it would look like? I wonder if it will be skeleton-themed like the piano she has been using. 

I miss seeing her rock out on one!

I'd prefer it over the guitar because her playing guitar doesn't really seem convincing to me.

Plus she already has two prominent talented guitarists that are heavily featured in every song, so when she picks up the guitar it doesn't stand out musically. It's more about her looking cool than it adding anything musically, and it makes me cringe a bit to be honest.

I liked her playing the guitar during JWT because it felt fitting to the theme, and I think her playing the guitar with a better song than Garden of Eden could be better but it was still kind of bad ass. I do miss her slaying some sh*t on a keytar though

I remember the old memes of fans trying to decide what the disco stick was for the ARTPOP era and I think they settled on the chair she used for Mary Jane Holland  

As a true return to form, there neeeeeeds to be both at the Mayhem Ball

Agreed. Like at Coachella it was like why are you jamming out with a guitar that isn’t playing anything lmao the keytar was cool bc it felt singular to her *and she implemented it well where it felt iconic. The guitar always feels a little passe when she uses it imo

Do you think she actually knows how to play the guitar or is it just for the show aesthetic? I remember an interview during the Joanne era where she said that she and Madonna were very different because she plays a lot of instruments… but in reality, we mostly see her on the piano and keytar, and occasionally on the guitar. When she started the Joanne era, the only time I had really seen her attempt to play guitar was during Electric Chapel on the Born This Way Ball. But honestly, I’m not fully convinced either.
