It does feel that way. I think Coachella and Abracadabra really made Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha experience the Lady GaGa we knew, and it feels like mid 10s, when she was undeniably at the top of the world. 

And she managed to pull this off right after a massive commercial and critical flop like Joker 2. It truly is remarkable.
