The best advice for getting her to consider waving or rolling the window down is to start by not having enough people for a small town swarming the car... I'm sure that security wouldn't let her roll the window down even if she wanted to in those moments.

 

I've only seen her roll the window down when it seems to be a smaller crowd, but also that don't charge and chase her vehicle. So it's quite a gamble whether or not you'll get her to wave, say hi, etc., its a sure thing that Lady Gaga won't recognize you as the crazy fan who chased her for 5 blocks... only the polite fan who was patiently waiting for a chance to say hi!

I worry because she has explicitly states one of her Fibro triggers are the dehumanization when she is surrounded by people grabbing her and touching her. I know she is doing so much better now and healthy, but she is still dealing with a chronic pain condition and she isn't going to subject herself to any potential triggers. 

 

I hope the fans remember her lengthy time off so she could get healthy again (and how annoyed some of them got) and realize acting this way could make it happen again.
