It’s a real thing Coachella, and a few other festivals do. And a few people already had the inside scoop on the Forum specifically. But for real, she would not pay Cali dust. Not only does she live here. But one could argue, that given California being the 5th largest economy itself, the most LGBTQ populated state in the US, there’s a ridiculously sized fan base in this single state alone.
