Tbf most of the songs on Mayhem deserve a mv. It's high-time Gaga did a visual album or near as damnit. If Beyoncé can do it twice over, what's stopping Gaga? 

If not, at least do a Lana Tropico film, consisting of three full length music videos put together into one whole narrative. (something like Garden of Eden, Perfect Celebrity and Vanish Into You would work, -- the fun indulgent hedonism of fame - the weariness and regret of fame - and then finding love as an antidote to it all).

Honestly I'm in the minority who thinks that the Disease music video is far superior to the Abracadabra music video. Abracadabra is great fun and beautiful don't get me wrong, but fans blew it up as if it was the next coming of Jesus Christ when she's done that type of music video time and time again, and better in the past imo (Alejandro, Judas, Bad Romance). Disease is so much more aesthetically interesting, artistic and cinematic, and is actually shot on film rather than digital.

Unfortunately the vast majority of pop fans want something commercial over something artistic and it's very annoying.

The Disease mv is so above and beyond just your typical pop mv with high energy dance choreo and campy gimmicks. Go watch a heavy metal mv or a trip-hop mv or literally anything outside of pop. Broaden your scope and see that there is so much more to musical entertainment than commercial 'replay value'.

Your perspective is basically saying that Madonna's Bedtime Story music video is weak because Madonna doesn't twerk and slutdrop all the way through it.
