It's definitely not exactly the same. Many of the performances just won't work based on what we know about the stage for these shows (Poker Face, Perfect Celebrity, Disease). The Coachella performance was very clearly designed to work best on camera, and you can't use that same approach for a show where you're performing in a stadium. She'll likely borrow a lot of elements, but I expect the stadium shows to be slightly different to Coachella and the arena shows to be slightly different to the stadium shows.

Will the MAYHEM Ball be different? It should be? But the Coachella setup is SO good, who would mind it being done again 

BUT! During her Coachella show, at some point she talks about how she wanted to show her love to the audience by building an opera house in the desert. This makes me think the opera house, the Coachella show is a concept created FOR Coachella, otherwise, why would she word it like that? 

To me it definitely sounds like the opera house show is a Coachella only thing…. And that the rest of the shows will have some variation

The Todo mundo no Rio and TVGLOBO IG accounts have already teased that she’s taking it from the desert to the Copacabana beach. That should be enough confirmation that it will be the same show at its core.

+ they’ve posted about how it hasn’t happened in Rio but they’re already feeling everything with Coachella.

The Mexico shows will be the same as Coachella but likely to have less production value imo. Then Brasil gets the full experience.

It wasn't necessarily less rehearsed, it was just less elaborate.

It's definitely all part of a big tour. The Coachella, Copacabana, Mexico, Australia dates at the end of the year, and also the dates announced as the proper tour of Europe and North America. Surely with some change here and there. But I have no doubt that the bulk of the proposal will be exactly the same (which is fine with me because you can tell it took a lot of time, effort and work, to be discarded after these first dates). 

There is something that for me is the proof of this, that I think nobody detected, which is that the interludes use the two fonts present in the controversial and “rushed” poster of the tour: 

Starting with Coachella, the controversial choice of the font for MAYHEM makes sense, because it evokes the aesthetics of opera. I think this gives the hint that they will go down the same line.

About the Mayhem Ball, Gaga confirmed on her instagram post that it was created in just a few weeks with Livenation, so I guess we'll have an original show 

I agree.  Feel like a lot of her hits will be added for shows after Coachella.  Plus, I have a theory that the storyline for Coachella was abridged.  

However, I feel like the rush for the arena tour indicates the creative process will be “how do we adapt this for arenas,” and not “how do we create a whole new show we weren’t planning to.”

Tbh I think a big factor might be Gaga landing an acting role in 2026.  Could definitely see her being involved in The Bodyguard remake that was just announced (although to be fair I DO NOT want this).

i might be alone in thinking this, but i enjoyed how "simple" the HBDUWM performance was, compared to the meticulously-choreographed and theatrical rest of the show. It's just her and the skull piano, then her and the audience. Same with Vanish Into You. These moments of simplicity and direct interaction iwth the audience are a welcome breather from the rest of the visually stimullating spectacle
