Realistically I think Venus would've been a great inclusion, but I'm more surprised she didn't do a single song from Chromatica - Rain on Me with her original solo second verse would've SLAYED

ARTPOP: Swine and G.U.Y 

Chromatica: Alice, Replay, Babylon, 911, they're all short enough and could've replaced HBDUWM lol

None but if I had no choice, 911, ARTPOP and Applause, that's it. I think these songs have a lot of potential to offer interesting performances

Personally I would have loved it if she included 911 and Free Woman from Chromatica 

And Venus, ARTPOP or Applause from ARTPOP.
