Yes! Apparently she’s staying at the hotel in front of the beach and they are building this structure so she can access the stage. They did the same for Madonna, look:

It’s Madonna’s, but they will use the same concept for Gaga. I believe they will put protections on the sides to keep it private. I found other photos of Madonna's footbridge with side protection:

They haven’t released the schedule yet. I’ll let you know when I find out! And it’s not free, but I believe the concert will be broadcast for free on the app, because it will also be broadcast for free on TV. You need to have an account at Globoplay though.
