I went to the BTWBall with similar tickets, we had a DJ playing songs for us and some food (just bread sticks and things like that so nothing expensive lol) and a bar to get drinks (it included one free) and then some place to take pics with a Gaga background. They gave the gifts before the show and then they show you were your seats are. Im guessing its probably the same for this show. I checked and those vip have greats seats so you'll have a great view! I sent two emails, no response. Did anyone with similar issue have a solution? I dont know why. I didnt find a solution i just made new accounts with different mobile phones and try not to ask for a code that many times. Ticketmaster finally replied on my email with the following, none of which helped I already tried all of it even before they replied..
