dynamite 52,580
When I was in the queue for the ArtRave some fans in front of me were talking about the different versions of Aura and something compelled me to loudly announce to a pack of monsters that I hate the album version And they all went "oooooooooh"

showmeyourfeet 47
Hard question, there are so many. It was wonderful being in the monster pit during btwb at only 12 years old, a dream come true. Also that one time she liked my post on lm.com. Maybe the moment I first encountered her by seeing the poker face mv on my tv, immediately intrigued but not knowing how much she would actually influence my life. So I think the biggest thing is basically how she has continuously inspired me for almost 17 years (jesus christ how long now that I think about it), she made me want to learn piano so I taught myself that, learned to sing cause of her, used to draw and paint her all the time, got me to be creative and confident with my style and atm I'm studying to be a seamstress and a designer, very much inspired by her clothes and the artistry in that. So idk she's just a part of my daily life and that's the best part of it 1 4

Elderflower 64
I purchased 'The Fame Monster' CD at a shopping mall in my region. The mall still exists, but not the record store. I was 10 years old, and it was on the top shelf, so I couldn't reach it. I had to ask my dad to take it down for me. I paid for it myself. It was the 8-track version. I got in the car and put the CD into my portable CD player. I'll never forget listening to the whole album for the first time that day. I still use that CD. Before getting 'The Fame Monster', I had 'The Fame' on CD, but I don't remember the day I got that album or when I listened to it the first time. I remember my sister used to make fun of me for being obsessed with someone called Lady Gaga. This was a fun topic! I can't wait to read others' stories

Galvon 1,860
In 2010, a little while before the vma's, I read on wikipedia that her new album was gonna be called Born This Way. So I posted this on a fan blog and people were against me posting this because no album title was confirmed yet and they thought I was making it up 1

PartySick 151,365
When @River trolled this fanbase and I posted an unrelated joke thread and some members jumped to absolutely wild assumptions then got mad at me for their assumptions and it devolved into me telling everyone to leave me tf alone and for months now people have been apologizing in private for being sh*tty 🧡Should go home but the party wants me🧡
PartySick 151,365
Some of my favorite memories have got to be plodding around LA with @ChicaSkas and @SharkmanthaC before our Chromatica Ball. Doing some Gaga related activities, going to Gaga's Starbucks and market, getting a taste of the city I hope to call my home some day...Chica wearing an inch of rubber off the tires of her rental car in front of Gaga's house Also going to the DC Chromatica Ball with just Sam before that 🧡Should go home but the party wants me🧡 1
LauraPalmer 306
i became a fan in 2011 after i heard BTW (the single). i was 12 years old when my mom took me to see her live in Central Park on Good Morning America for the album release. we live in NJ so we had to get up at the crack of dawn and get on a train at like 2am lol. i still can remember listening to BTW on my iPod on that train ride. it felt like the way it was meant to be listened to. we were all the way in the back. i had a poor quality digital camera and a dream but i still remember two tall men in front of me who saw me on my tippy toes and asked me if i was able to see her. when i said not really, they asked my mom if it was okay to let me go in front of them and promised her they’d watch me, and asked if i wanted them to take a photo of her on my camera so they took some pics for me. i think about them often. later that year, i was lucky enough to go to Gaga’s Workshop at Barney’s in NYC. again, my mom took me. she bought me a spinny toy of Gaga in the “vessel”, a notebook, and stuffed “little monsters”. when i look back on these memories, i get really emotional because i didn’t really realize at the time, but my mom didn’t really understand my obsession with Gaga. she didn’t get why i connected with her so deeply, and she was worried kids at school would think it was “weird”, but she tried to understand and support it to the best of her ability. and growing up, we didn’t always have much money, but my mom always tried to make me smile. every once in a while when she would go grocery shopping, she would bring home a magazine with Gaga on the cover and now that i’m an adult, i appreciate it even more because i know how hard she worked but all these things were worth it to her because they made me smile. now i’m very emotional anyways if you’re still reading, my mom is an angel and so is Gaga and i will be a fan forever i’m a woman, i insist, it’s my life ♀
Ronk 14,585
My favorites memories are when I showed up at artRAVE and Joanne hours early and met so many wonderful people outside the arenas and in the halls where people hung out before the concerts. Two people outside the arena for artRAVE said they weren't there to see Gaga, they were there for her opening act Crayon Pop! Most people who had reserved seats hung out in the hall to mingle when Crayon Pop was on, and didn't go in until it was time for Gaga. It was just so much fun out in the hall. I gave some people a Stan card I created that said I was a Stan of Lady Gaga. Some people asked if my name was Stan. I had to explain what the term "Stan" meant. I never expected that people at a Gaga concert wouldn't know the term. While Gaga's performances were amazing, meeting the people is what I cherish most. Some pics of my experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvlWAiBQF4w I live outside the space time continuum.

Something about gaga just really caught my attention whenever and wherever I saw her stuff, so I had to buy the album. This brings so much memories 🥹 Remember listening to the album straight away in the car with my mom. She would hear the album blasting in my room pretty much every day since then. And so the obsession started. For years everyone around me asked if I still like her as much and said it would pass at some point, they don’t bother to ask anymore 1
