Hello, dear Ethel Cain fans, I hope you are all doing well ! :kara:

I haven't seen a thread created for this topic, I think the news was a little bit eclipsed on this forum due to the announcement of The Mayhem Ball Tour (Wich is totally understandable haha). So I decided to create it to be able to talk about it all with you !

Anyways, Ethel Cain is set to release her new Album "Willoughby Tucker, I’ll Always Love You" in August 2025 ! Such exciting news !

She said it will serve as a prequel to "Preacher's Daughter" and that it will be set 5 years prior (1986) to the events described in her first LP. She describes it as "The year everything changed forever". I find this so exciting and I can't wait to immerse myself in a new Ethel Cain project !

In addition to this announcement, she also revealed that she will embark on the "Willoughby Tucker Forever Tour" this year throughout North America and Europe !

You can find all the dates on her website : https://www.daughtersofcain.com/

I was able to buy tickets today for her show in Brussels (Belgium) and I am so happy ! She represents such a huge part of my life

Do you want to see her in concert this year ? Are you excited for the new album ? Can't wait to talk about it all with you !

I’ll see her in Paris. Excited for the album - even though I liked Perverts, I still wish this will be somewhat more conventional this time around :huntyga:

Both NYC shows sold out at presale it was brutal…I saw her on tour for Preacher’s Daughter so I’m mostly good but I was so blackout on multiple substances that I have zero recollection of the show so I wanted round two :laughga:

Oooh that’s great, I’m so happy you’ll get to see her :kara: !

And I get what you mean about « Perverts », some songs are harder to listen to compared to « Preacher’s Daughter » but I still love it so much. I think she said that the EP’s she releases are like a glimpse into the process of creation for other songs and I find that aspect of Ethel’s artistry so fascinating

I feel like « Willoughby » will be more conventional ! It’s exciting !

Also her adding FIVE London shows, adding shows in other cities, and upgrading venues... the demand is THERE from miss Hayden

Soft, soothing, and succulent

Just got tickets to see her in Paris 🥲 I can’t wait for this album and the cover looks so good !

Oooh you’re going to the Paris show too ! That’s amazing, I’m so happy for you :kara:

Right ? The cover feels so enigmatic yet intimate at the same time, very cinematic too ! It feels like it could be a picture of Willoughby that Ethel used to keep with her at all times…
