rinasawachanta 2,866
Hi little monsters, I'll tell you a little about my situation to see if you can help me make a decision. I live in Argentina and I was waiting for Gaga to announce dates for my country, which did not happen. In view of this, different options are open. I don't have the money to go anywhere or do anything bizarre, I'm not that kind of person either. But I think that by stretching myself I would have the possibility of going on a trip. If you were in my place: what would you do? 1) Go to Brazil, which the concert is free but is equivalent to practically not seeing her given the amount of people (+ the dangers associated with the type of event); 2) Buy a ticket to an arena show somewhere in the US or Europe and organize a trip from that (is it possible to buy tickets abroad with a local credit card? how possible is it for me to buy tickets when they are literally going to kill each other from all over the world to get tickets? I'm not a very experienced concert person, who knows 'tricks' to secure tickets or anything like that); 3) Wait for her to announce dates in my country maybe for next year. There's this tweet, which I didn't find reliable at all, but turned out to be pretty close to reality (as far as the first and second leg are concerned): https://x.com/lg7secrets/status/1859641719219962339 I've never seen her live and I'm worried/sad that it's never going to happen in my lifetime. What do you guys recommend?

RAMROD 107,012
Stay away from USA, it is not the kindest place rn, especially for non white people Brazil is obviously the most sensible aince it is closest by distance, but down side is that m, since it's free, you might not able to even get close to the stage. So, if you actually afford it, Europe or even Singapore might be the better option
faysalaaa 3,871
You can use a none American card to buy tickets, I do it all the time all over the world, just make sure you have your ID and the same card you bought the tickets with. And buy tickets from official authentic sources like like ticketmaster. You will easily find tickets, it wont be fully sold out, I never had an issue finding tickets to the biggest artists in the world. Just know that buying resale tickets will be more expensive than the original tickets. To me Brazil is out of question, you will be extremely far away, and there wont be high platform seatings, so I cant imagine how you would enjot the show. vmpiregrn 543
Be prepared to be potentially given a difficult time by immigration, they’ve been acting crazy with tourists specifically from South America, at times being eager to accuse tourists of trying to make residence here illegally. But if you weigh that concern then yeah, a ticket in the US (or anywhere else on the current tour) is your best bet. I’d imagine tickets in Canada might be harder to come by since she’s only playing Toronto. And I’ve been led to believe that travel visas for the UK can be a bit of a pain in the ass, but don’t quote me on that. I’d say USA/UK is your best bet.

Franch Toast 26,166
As an America, I encourage you not to risk your safety to come here. I'd try for Mexico or Toronto, or one of the Europe dates. I'm sorry that we suck as a country right now. We deserve to be boycotted, and you deserve to keep safe. rinasawachanta 2,866
Thank you all so much for your responses and recommendations! I really appreciate it. I tell you that the idea of traveling to Europe is taking shape I would plan the trip depending on the ticket I can get. In that sense, I have a series of questions to ask. Consider that I am very inexperienced, I don't have much experience attending concerts even in my own country lol. 1) When do tickets go on sale? 2) Is there pre-sale for all cities or only for some? What are the pre-sale requirements? I have a MasterCard credit card, is that enough? 3) Do the ticket prices vary from city to city within Europe? Which ones will be the cheapest? Can you know the prices before the day the tickets go on sale? 4) Do you recommend any particular location for an arena show? Thank you very much. Your opinions help me a lot

I'm on a similar situation as @rinasawachanta, but I'm from Brazil... I am going to the Rio concert, but I also want to experience a tour concert to be closer to her since last year I got a US tourist visa to go see her live, but only now my vacation dates could match her live concerts... so it would be my first arena show (and second time ever seeing her live), and also 1st time in the US but reading your comments got me kind of worried... any specific regions/states/cities that I must worry about more? I was thinking of going to the MSG concert as NYC is the city I'd like to visit the most (then I'd also go to a few other cities like Chicago and also to Canada for a 2.5 week vacation in total, but I'm afraid I cannot match the Toronto dates)
