I really feel like Doja passed her prime anyway. No shade at all but female rappers tend all to have the same route : big smash moment then fading more and more and getting more occasional successes.

With new female rapper replacing the previous hot one. Doechii's time now

Are y'all okay? Lol I'm not even a Doja stan but she's had hits off her past 3 albums... The song is bad but not because of her. She's on another level when it comes to writing, rapping, visuals, performance, message... Does not even compare to others like Cardi or Megan, no shade. Love Doechii too, she's the only one imo who's at Doja's level. Why can there only be one great rap girl? Yawn

Kind of funny how this only happens to the black side of music. On the other hand we have people like Addison Rae & Tate McRae who steal content and inspiration from black artists and end up becoming famous/maintaning success. Or artists like Sabrina, Charli, and Chapelle that are authentically themselves, though a majority of their inspiration is engrained in non-POC  culture, also get big at SOME POINT and will seem to maintain above average fame. It’s really fascinating how engrained racism is into people’s psyche.

Religion is a product to sell.

I'd say it's more in female music world in general.

Just see how they made Ava Max to be 'the new Lady Gaga' and dumped her at the moment she wasn't able to get another hit. Nowadays female artists have big issues to last in general. I feel blessed Gaga debuted before streaming days tbh. It was already hard but even harder today to last in time.
