I’m glad it exists as it helped me cope with a lot. My breakup, becoming independent, dealing with the loss of my grandmother. It wasn’t the album I wanted…more so the album I needed. Joanne era has a lot of nostalgia for me. Not just the era but the era of my own life. It's a deeply personal album. I connect to it a lot too. Shame some stans have to be so antagonistic about it just 'cause they can't use poppers and get drunk in the club to most of the songs 🧡Should go home but the party wants me🧡 1 7 1 3

AyeshaErotica 1,564 Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM I like how they included all 8, so that Joanne's position looks even more trailing behind and terrifying, well done Billboard I'm looking gorgeous tonight
Pandacadabra 7,852 Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:04 PM Its just so hard ranking these albums when sonically/musically a lot of them are not similar with each other.

elegidadedios 1,066 Posted yesterday at 07:07 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:07 PM (edited) Why do they (by they I mean critics, reviews and many fans) keep insisting on The Fame Monster being her best album? It's like saying Madonna's best is True Blue... I don't see the excitement about it lmao (I've been a monster since pretty much the beginning) Edited yesterday at 07:10 PM by elegidadedios
Gagaism 10,719 Posted yesterday at 07:08 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:08 PM Funny how they listed ASIB but didn’t any of her jazz albums or Harlequin when MAYHEM is literally called by Gagz her 7th album. Sigh.
Spanish Eyes 2,272 Posted yesterday at 07:08 PM Share Posted yesterday at 07:08 PM This list is so stale. I swear people overrate TF. TF has amazing singles, but it’s non-singles are slightly better than filler. Joanne has its duds (looking at you, Hey Girl and Sinner’s Prayer), but “love it when you call me legs, in the morning, buy me eggs” is NOT on the same level as anything on Joanne. Debate the wall.

Even though Joanne is on top of my personal list I think BTW edges out the rest as the objective peak of her discography. TFM and Mayhem are absolutely tied for second (the latter edges out TFM if you ask me) Anything below 3rd place and you can't objectively order them, it's just a matter of taste 🧡Should go home but the party wants me🧡

TFM is not her magnum opus. It came out at the peak of her career, and people let the slayage cloud their judgment.
