The Fame 3. Born This Way 4. MAYHEM 5. Chromatica 6. A Star Is Born 7. ARTPOP 8. Joanne Mind you Billboard is one of the most important musical publications, their opinion counts a lot. It's so sad Joanne, such a beloved album, got such a deserving rating. Do you agree with BB GGD? I for once do not agree about BTW being third one.
