Vanish Into You as the next single

I would love if she ends up pushing Vanish Into You as the next single and let Garden Of Eden grow "organically" (ala Bloody Mary), something many artists nowadays seem to do (plus we've already got that deal with the F1 thing so)

I wouldn’t be surprised to not see another single since they didn’t release physicals for the first 2, Abracadabra is still rising on US Radio, and if a 3rd single is released, it wouldn’t be until around mid-late May when she’ll be in Singapore.

Garden of Eden is playlisted on Spotify, Vanish Into You is/was on Apple Music, and she’s performed Perfect Celebrity and Killah. I think the focus was and will be on MAYHEM through this type of promo of album tracks - maybe another MV around Coachella like John Wayne before the SB (GoE or Perfect Celebrity).

She doesn’t have the crossover support of a Beyoncé (for ex) who can rely on Urban and Rhythmic Airplay in addition to Pop for different songs. Gaga barely gets Pop Radio play, so it’d be silly to cannibalize Abra’s momentum there.

Vanish Into You, LoveDrug, How Bad Do U Want Me would be the best choices in the US, though, since she’s had more support on HAC/AC Radio, both formats paid Disease and Abra dust, and they’ve typically been seen as album-selling formats. After 2 uptempo singles and how much MAYHEM’s promo focused on the diversity of its sound, a midtempo seems smart.

I’ll be honest GoE gives great promo single but not actual single. I think the two songs left that could actually be singles would be VIY and PC. PC less likely bc of disease’s flop but it does keep the momentum of the era. VIY makes sense bc it ties DWAS’s sound to the era a little more by kinda bridging abracadabra and disease to it

Part of me thinks we lost a promo single in January due to the LA fires. 

I fully expect them to hold off on a new single until Coachella now, and then they'll ship whichever song does the best numbers.

To me Vanish is not far off from Flowers.

Both songs even have strong bold vocals, which is not common for US radio these days.

It’s the very first track that people are listening to as New song and also comes right after Abracadabra. Numbers are high because of that I think. 

Last year I listened to Billie’s album so much because I would play Chihiro and Birds of a Feather nonstop but Wildflower ended up having a ton of plays even though I rarely listen to it in full. 

Garden of Eden is catchy and fun and I’m sure people love it but just trying to understand the high listening plays it has.

Well if you can’t dance to Garden Of Eden, I don’t know what song you can dance to other than Abracadabra

What ever happened to the alleged video that was shot. The photos of the (supposed) dancers didn’t give very Vanish Into You vibes. It was a little punk Rococo - which I could very much see going with the Garden of Eden vibe.
