Issues with international delivery DE Store

Hey, guys! Today I decided to search for more info regarding my order cause I still hadn't received news regarding the delivery. I had pre-ordered the store exclusive CD from the German shop. I didn't even know which courier service was gonna deliver it. So I checked the tracking number and it turned out it was delivered to my country (Bulgaria) with DHL and then transfered to a local service, they tried contacting me but had a German number on my parcel that I have no relation to. Since they were unable to contact me, they returned it to DHL and now it's going back to Universal. :messga:

I double checked my info from the website and I've put the correct phone number. I decided to contact Customer support and they've just answered me that they can't resend it again, I just need to order it again. Has this happened to any of you? Have you already received your orders? Also will they refund the full sum or just the item's price and I'll have to pay for delivery twice? If that's the case I'm not sure I'll even bother since Can't Stop the High isn't that worth it. But still super unpleasant first-time-buy-from-a-Gaga-shop experience. :saladga:

Well, I couldn't find out whose fault exactly - it was whoever printed a random German number for contact, a number I didn't provide at all. Whether the error started at the shop or from DHL, I've no idea. :noparty:
