I opened this thread without knowing The Onion was a satire. Then I read the answer about Joker and almost spit out my orange juice  thinking omg the girl really decided to open her mouth

She mentioned it in her interview with Elle Magazine. She said something like “in order to be an artist you need to be willing for people to sometimes not liking the things you do. You have to keep going even if something didn’t connect in the way that was intended.”
