Both are about the exact same subject, tho Plastic Doll is very much focused towards how abusive fandom can be, which is why I feel like she never performed it, almost like she couldn't bring herself to perform those lyrics to our faces. Perfect Celebrity is a bit less specific, a little like she remade the song in a way that would allow her to perform it without feeling like she's blaming the audience.
