Teletubby 160,041 Posted March 13, 2025 Share Posted March 13, 2025 The group Oasis announced Thursday that a film will be produced as the band goes out on a reunion tour this year, created and produced by Steven Knight (“Peaky Blinders,” “Locke”) and directed by Dylan Southern and Will Lovelace (“Meet Me in the Bathroom”). The Oasis project will be produced by Magna Studios, with Sam Bridger and Guy Heeley serving as producers and Marisa Clifford and Kate Shepherd as executive producers. It will be distributed by Sony Music Vision, with Krista Wegener of Sony Music Vision leading global sales. Besides producing and creating “Peaky Blinders,” Knight also wrote the recent Maria Callas biopic “Maria” starring Angelina Jolie, David Cronenberg’s “Eastern Promises” and Stephen Frears’ “Dirty Pretty Things” and produced, directed and wrote “Locke,” starring Tom Hardy.
