My sister has fibromyalgia and hasn’t had a painful episode since she started exercising, taking cold showers every morning and anti-depressants. In my messy era. My sister has it too, and it’s a very tricky disease indeed. Some days she’s amazing, other days she can barely sleep bcs of the pain. She’s on a lot of anti depressants and other medication.
