I wasn’t expecting Killah but I knew she would THRIVE doing a live performance of it. She was in her element

She’s so fab!!!!!! Argh amazing.

Love both performances but really loved Killah. It totally brought to life the spooky disco vibes of the album. The TikTok video going round defending her description of the album mentioned camp 80s horror films as a reference and you really feel it here.

I wish I could articulate it better, or had a specific visual reference, but the Killah performance is that perfect mix of kooky, spooky, campy vibe you get with a lot of halloween songs or visuals. The bright colours, her movements, her vocal choice and the funk influence of the song really scratches a specific nostalgic Halloween-y itch, and I can’t think what it is. It makes the whole vibe of the album come together beautifully.
