Was insane at the listening party - obv came on right after Abracadabra and everyone already knew the chorus and started freaking out :fan:

Was she surprised at people knowing the chorus?

g0rl I want to believe she doesn’t live in a bubble and is aware of the leak

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

Erm… I’m not obsessed, but I’m hoping it’s down to the heavy altering for the trailer :sue:

Lot of new people on this site lately, so a quick reminder:

Despite being a Gaga fan site, you’re about to get some wildly different reviews for this project. The most critical will be the loudest. That’s the nature of her fanbase.

Anyway, sounds great, can’t wait!

Gaga has said multiple times—literally every chance she gets to talk about it MAYHEM—that the album is full of many different styles and genres. If you’re expecting it to be sonically cohesive, you’re going into the album with the wrong mindset. Besides, Disease and Abra already have to distinct sounds, they don’t sound anything alike.

i didn't say they did? but both Abra and Disease hit hard af, Disease interms of her vocals with the grit she has and how she paints through voice, and in the drums. Abracadabra interms of the heavy production ontop of the atmosphere she creates with her vocals

i mean this is of course a premature take since its only a snippet, but I was expecting some element of each song to hit hard wether it be interms of production, vocal delivery, or lyrics. Or a mix of all those things. She said in the rollingstone interview that Mayhem is hard hitting so thats what im basing my expectations on. Im not getting any of that from this snippet. Im not expecting each song to sound like the last, but something with a bit more rizz
