Which Artists & Songs Have You Blocked on Spotify?

Do you have any artists or songs hidden on Spotify*? Who are they, and why did you block them?

For Spotify there isn't an easy way to find this list anymore, you just have to go by memory or by viewing the album/artist directly. If you're a member of GGD I'm going to assume you have a strong, hater-centric memory like me 

*or your steaming platform of choice

Gaga is not really indicative of the rest of my listening habits, so I have a lot of gay pop (Jojo Siwa Inc. TM) artists hidden bc Spotify kept assuming I would like them. I've also blocked artists whose payola was so strong that I couldn't escape, or artists that are in genres that I like but I can't stand them in particular 

My list is as follows:

Kim Petras, Gracie Abrams, Sabrina Carpenter, Paris Hilton, Katy Perry, Grimes (), Rose Gray, Rebecca Black, Dorian Electra, FKA twigs (I know, I'm sorry ), Muse, St. Vincent, Lola Young, and Florence and the Machine. 

I liked some songs by twigs and St. Vincent and they just took over my algorithm  I had no choice!!! I also had Rain on Me blocked for a long time but she's tentatively back in rotation now

🩷 Linkin Park, same reason, I don't support scientology, I'm sorry, they should'vr changed the band's name  

🖤 Grimes, cause I had enough of her baffoonery 

Those are the main ones, but I think I also blocked Ariana, Doja and Blackpink simply because I hate their music, and I don't want it added or suggested for my playlists

Same, I love Floor, but Tuomas writing skills are so low in this last 3 albums, even Anette albums are better, also the whole existential concept it's overdone

Is just the fact that he refuses to adapt the band's sound for Floor. The worst After Forever album is better than anything Floor recorded with Nightwish. 

It's sad that Floor ended in such horrible terms with After Forever, and will not be in their reunion shows, because honestly I would be much more excited about her releasing a live DVD with her first band, rather than another forgettable album with Nightwish. I'm still excited about the reunion though, their new singer is very talented, even if I wish it was Floor instead. 

She's very good. I hope they have professionally recorded footage for the anniversary shows 🖤.
