My signed vinyl cd order got refunded (Edit) they reinstated my order!

Hmm for the ones that had got theirs cancelled what are the time stamps on the confirmation email? Also what method did you use to pay? Did you get a cancellation email or does it show on the shop app? 

So far mine hasn’t been cancelled and says I bought mine 3 mins after they went on sale for that first day. I used Apple Pay. 

I am hoping mine doesn’t cancel. My order for the Chromatica signed cd got cancelled automatically and I am hoping this one makes up for that one. I do have a feeling that they oversold but I also think that means the people that do get one will get authentic signatures.

I hope you get your stuff back, that’s very annoying. I’m also a little nervous because I got my signed cd from the German store so let’s see what happens. 
I feel like she will come up with some extra signed copies because they’re are still listed on her website even though being sold out. I remember the 180g vinyl got sold out but it’s not even listed there anymore as the same as other items so let’s see

It has happened to a lot of people on Twitter and tik tok. Like I said I got my order in 4 minutes after the drop. If I don’t get my order re instated I’m going to be very disappointed in her team. Because I’m sure plenty of bots and scalpers got them to sell on eBay.

That's weird... Everyone who has that problem should email them and escalate their request if necessary just like you.

Why would they do something like that?

Messaged customer service back and forth, looks like once they cancelled your order they can't reinstate it... I guess I have no choice but get one from the ****ing scalpers on eBay, and/or wait for the restock and use my friend's address

They are reinstating my order I don’t care many times I message them, how can they take this away from fans when people are reselling them on eBay for triple the price? Plus what are they doing with my cancelled order, they are sold out right now? This is heinous behavior.

Everyone I got my order back! They said after further review that I was able to get it re ordered. Yay for me, I hope anyone else who had this happen can get their order back.

That’s awesome. I have tried and was told they couldn’t reinstate orders. Did someone specifically help you? Any advice is appreciated.

I honestly just didn’t let up and emailed them everyday that this is ridiculous, that I’m a fan and put my order in right when they dropped. 
they emailed me back today saying after investigating that they will have me re order. So they sent me a link and I had to go in and reconfirm/purchase the order. I still have my first charge from January that they said should drop in a couple days. This order was actually $8 cheaper than my first one, shipping was $18 and this time $10.
Just don’t let up! Fans should get what they purchased, and that was my main argument like they cancelled the order so what it’s just going to sit there because they are currently sold out  like let me have it.
