My signed vinyl cd order got refunded (Edit) they reinstated my order!

I got a notice from my shop app that her store refunded my order. I bought them right when her store updated because I knew she would drop something. I just emailed them and they are saying it’s for fraud or safety issues and I’m so upset. They are “escalating” my request but I feel like it won’t be reinstated. When I bought mine there was still vinyl and CDs up so I was definitely one of the first. Has this happened to anyone recently from her store? I’m going to be so upset if I don’t get it back. 
 

edit: After further review they said my order will be reinstated and I got a confirmation email for my signed items. Keep emailing them and get your orders back yall!

Keep escalating it up the chain, did you purchase in the same country as the store? Did you buy or attempt to buy more than one in different stores?

No, I was literally in a hospital bed with my laptop and went to her store right when it updated and bought the vinyl, cd and the deluxe cover shirt. I checked out at 904 my time, 4 minutes after she announced everything.

Okay then if you keep escalating it they'll probably fix it. Most likely something odd flagged the order, so as long as you can disprove whatever reason they cancelled the order it should go through. Stay on them about it!

The same thing just happened to me! No warning at all, just a refund notification from the Shop app. I saw on X/Twitter that this happened to several others too! 

I also placed my order a couple minutes after Mayhem was announced, so I’m shocked that this was canceled. I’m bummed out

Did you use a debit card or credit card? I've had a debit card cancel a preorder for me before

The same thing happened to me. My order got cancelled because I used a credit card with a shipping address that was American but a billing address that was Canadian. They don't allow billing addresses that are outside of the US. 

Unfortunately, once the order is cancelled, it cannot be undone. I would highly suggest buying your signed vinyl on Ebay, there's a lot going for about 120$ right now which is still pretty good.

I have seen several posts on Twitter and Reddit from over 30 different people (so far) regarding their signed item orders suddenly getting canceled today as well, so this is definitely not an isolated occurrence. Maybe they really oversold it or Gaga didn’t end up signing as many inserts as originally expected.

Mine got refunded as well. I only ordered 1 signed vinyl and ordered a seperate spotify fans first in a seperate order and the fans first didn't get cancelled. I'm trying to check with them.
