It just went to radio either yesterday or Tuesday--too early to tell. And no it will not. This happens every year; the high from the Super Bowl always boosts whomever just performed as far as charts go. She has her performance coming up for the SNL50 Concert, and MasterCard is still doing the contest with Abracadabra dances being submitted. It was just chaotic timing but we have to give it a chance.

the common person doesn't think about things that way, only us that chronically track it's daily performance

I don't believe the narrative that the success of one song can kill the success of another. People can listen to multiple songs they like at the same time. If anything, it might impact the chart positions. But a song doesn't have to be #1 to be a hit.

He'll fall and we just have to wait and see if Drake flops. Hopefully Abra might be stable at 5 or 6M daily streams and radio will grow by the time they can push it with physicals in week 4. Abra is doing great, of course it would've had a higher position on charts in its 2nd week if it wasn't for Kendrick but it's doing great despite that.
