Also, I know this is nagging, but please focus on yourself and your health, it's the most important thing in the world. We are begging you to take off more shows until you're 100% recovered. We also would like for you to wear ONLY orthopedically sound shoes such as running sneakers or Z-Coil, and that's it, even during high profile performances. You can make sneakers a fashion trend (creatively styling sneakers in new inventive ways that push the boundaries of running shoes), freeing women who are tortured by high heel shoes. In this modern age, high heels are the equivalent of foot binding. The high heels are clearly worsening your synovitis, it WILL damage ALL of your joints, your back and much more. Please also follow your nutritionist's recommendations and only eat nutritionally, calorie appropriate foods to stop the dangerous yo-yo dieting that have led to deaths. Lastly, please stop using all cannabis and cigarettes with alcohol in moderation, purely b/c they are NOT good for your health. Well, sorry for the preaching, but we Little Monsters only want what's best for you, and want you to have a very long life and career! You made us strong and were with us in our hardest moments, it's time for us to be with you. Please take care of you and forgive about working until you get well! We know you're doing everything for us. Take some time for yourself! There aren't people in the world that do so many things at the same time and apologize if they do something wrong, and you apologized for being sick.
