Not everyone is perfect. Gaga didnt personally reach out to her for example. Which Sloan is understanding about, but still wishes Gaga would. Gaga probably has some personality traits or habits that stood in the way of the situation. We all know she can be her own worst enemy and push herself too far. Canceling projects for example shouldn't just be solely blamed on Richy, Gaga may have also bit of more than she could chew at the time or may not have been involved in her team enough to know it was malfunctioning. Which is is al perfectly understandable. Not saying I'm on Richy's side btw, I fully stand by Sloan and she worded everything so well, I just see people in this thread jump to some conclusions that I think need a bit more nuance. Maybe, but in the context I think she referred to people. It may be Gaga's personality but she mentioned people that were helping cover him like War Shazar. She was very clear, maybe other dancers will also share their experiences and give us more details to understand better the situation. Also, about project cancellations... If you're the choreographer and you call dancers to rehearse for a tour, you don't have them 8 hours doing nothing because you don't have anything prepared. That's unprofessional. And I didn't remember but if, in fact, they canceled that Dive Bar Tour special date because they were rehearsing for the tour, it means that they fell behind and had to prioritize one, that being the tour. Mark, Asiel, Montana, Sloan, all gone bc of his BS. Sloan is so great. So brave.
