I'd like her to tour ARTPOP closer to when her singles are out, etc. not starting a year after the album drops. I think after the tour is over in March/April... she should take a long break, finish the album and release it at the end of 2013.. with tour starting maybe a few months into 2014. I think the tour would sell more in this case and she would have PLENTY of time. That would allow her to take her time and not rush to tour day after day.
