Mayhem Songs - Older reworks?

Hello! I am trying to nail this down. 

Are some mayhem tracks older reworks of demos that leaked years ago? (Looking at MAYBE recalling seeing Garden of Eden and Zombie Boy during the ARTPOP era but I may be delusional)

Zombieboy (zombiefied) could have been a rework if RedOne was credited. So I assume all the songs all newly written and produced. 
garden of eden although sounds dated like it could have been written during some earlier era. Imo

The i could be your girlfriend snippet could Indeed be 2010 old. But apart from that i doubt. And its not like She can't make music that sounds exactly like out of that period.

She said She wrote a bunch of music. So i really doubt She lingered on old demos and reworked them.

Wasn't "Perfect Celebrity" or just "Celebrity" a rumored track from the early LG5 days?

Titles may sound familiar, and the production could potentially share similarities to her past work. However, wasn't it leaked through those documents or something that she legally cannot reuse old material on new albums?

I wouldn't be against Gaga reworking old demos (or adding discarded tracks she sees fit) for new albums, but is she even allowed to?

I have no clue about the leaks themselves but I swear that Zombiefied (zombieboy?) that is playing on the radio in the disease MV made something click in my memory.

Yes, in a time when dinosaurs ruled the world
