Thought so too. 
Side note - I’m really happy to see that she feels the freedom to „just“ write a song and sing it, without (presumably) it being a framed product of some sorts. Made me happy <3

Allegedly, the whole concert was running way, way behind schedule. Like I think Billie was expected to go on about half an hour before she actually performed.

I think she wrote teh song specifically for this event and it's not connected to LG7 in any way. That's how interpreted what she said before performing it.
