Doesn‘t really mean they will both be released before the album, but shows they are planning on releasing them as singles.
 

Example: On my TFM CD‘s I got at the release date, they had stickers that said „including BR, Telephone & Alejandro“ and one even had monster included. BR was the only single released at that point.

Yeah I doubt that the chorus of that song, the part that’s supposed to have the strongest melody and catchiest hook, is just her chanting abracadabra over and over in spoken word 

Here’s a list of Gaga songs where she doesn’t say the song title in the chorus, but does in the pre or post chorus: Telephone, Applause, A-Yo, Venus, Government Hooker.
