She already said it's coming in February so it will come next month. She also said that the first single from LG7 would come out in October and it did, despite the success of DWAS and the reception of FAD. Please let's stop saying it will be delayed.

Not really. I remember the original leak describing the cover as similar to BTW cover with her face looking at the camera in black and white with a shattered glass effect, way before the actual leaks

I have the feeling that the second single will be released only one week before the album drops. Lets say 21 for the second single and 28 for the album. If I good remember thats what happend with ROM and Chromatica.

Not true. They described the cover and that the title was a synonym for Chaos, which led to all the fake Pandemonium covers with the mirrors, then said that was not the title and it was 6 letters long, which led to “Mayhem” and 2 days later both of those pieces were in Gagas source code

Always thought the 28th made sense. With the 21st for the third single. DWAS released last Friday of August, Harlequin released last friday of September, Disease released last Friday of October. Have February be promo month with Grammys, Super Bowl commercial, and other interviews/performances on radio/tv/streaming/magazines.
