I definitely expected it to be less elaborate than Chromatica, so I'm not surprised by the direction. Back when this Disease image leaked and there was a fleeting moment we thought it might be the album cover, I was honestly gagged and satisfied, and I have to say I still think today that it would've made a better cover. Buuut... it's her project, she knows what she's doing, and I have to say the alternate cover is a serve and a half.
