Okay people complain about remakes/sequels/reboots/adaptations and that’s fine. 
 

Then something new and refreshing is released like the monkey Robbie Williams biopic and the same ppl let those films flop. 
 

So like, what do you guys want AND are willing to pay $14 at a movie theater for? Couldn’t one argue these unimaginative remakes help fund the losses studios take for innovative films?

I don’t see why they’re remaking Tangled already it’s literally not that old nor is it needed but if they did Id have preferred Katherine Hahn or Michelle Pfeiffer.

people let them flop because the vast majority of them suck. disney/pixar movies like inside out 2 were very successful so there is clearly still a market for original stories provided they go down well with the general public
