They had almost four years to convict him. When this happened in Brazil Bolsonaro literally had to leave the country because the Brazilian authorities would've that good at getting him. The US is an embarrassment.

It feels like at this point, as he resumes power that ultimately Jan 6 insurrection worked. Feeling eerie and uneasy as he returns

Sorry but I don’t know what his reelection has to do with him being convicted or not. Did he commit a Crime? Yes or no? If Yes, then convict his ass.

Can't prosecute a serving President unless its via an impeachment. That's why the DoJ dropped the case.
