But maybe the difference here is that Rep TV was registered as Taylor's song while the Little Monster who registered DITS on Shazam, registered it as his own song.

Itb was some russian guy and it was an awful song, but they used the snippet at the beginning so shazam could catch it

but it was taken down i guess because it's not showing in my history lol

No, all money from Taylor's music released by Big Machine Records (debut to reputation) goes to Scooter Braun.

Taylor owns everything she has released since Lover, that means folklore, evermore, Midnight, TTPD, Fearless TV, Speak Now TV, Red TV and 1989 TV. From her original catalogue she's only missing the songs from debut TV and reputation TV.

she doesn't own masters but she still gets royalties as songwriter. 
Scooter Braun sold her masters (original recordings) so he doesn't earn money from her old work.
