The hate against her reeked of mass psychosis and chronically online desperate misogyny from the beginning so I am not at all surprised by the development

2) these screenshots can so easily be created and falsified. and blake's team is more than capable of falsifying these considering we can all falsify these if we wanted to. (just ask your mom to write you these texts and change her name to "JB")

I mean given it's texts pertaining to another celebrity rather than anonymised or a background figure - if Blake's team has faked them then that would be the dumbest thing anyone's ever done in a PR trial like this.
Because this kind of "evidence" is so easily deconstructed these days that faking it is just not worth it in a high profile case where both sides have the wealth needed to hire cyber forensics.

Like I do think Blake Lively is a trash human being and has the required egomania all celebrity status needs lol But no legal team is going to sit there and let their client embarrass themselves further with a case that could be deconstructed so easily if lying.

We literally have footage of her destroying her own career :ladyhaha:

We do, but none of that discredits the allegations of sexual harassment.

Allegations which should absolutely be allowed to play out in civil court presuming Baldoni doesn't settle out of court.

This. I don't get it at all. All evidence I've seen of her being "problematic" has been blown way out of proportion, it's not even funny.

And then she's the one to present legal evidence that there truly was, in fact, a smear campaign against her initiated by Baldoni and his lawyers, and people still act like she's a monster? Make it make sense.

I hear what you're saying but also this is coming from the woman who decided to do a film about DV and use it to promote her side businesses and also market it in an "upbeat way" where most of her appearances were about her floral outfits and she purposefully avoided talking about DV completely during the press tour. There are allegations now that this was contractually required but anyone doing a film about DV signing a contract saying they will not mention DV is already making strange choices imo. :messga:

The man literally harassed Blake during the filming. Like, would his agency even dropped him if he is innocent amidst all the lawsuits from her? They clearly had their own investigation and found something bad. Agencies didn't just drop their clients without good reasons, cos they don't want no lawsuits themselves. But sure, it's the woman's, (Blake),  fault :sue:

I think this is such an oversimplification ... Without even looking at the broader 2024 landscape the fact is that his agency also represents Blake. Ultimately they decide which client to keep based on which one is more profitable. Blake Lively + Ryan Reynolds or Justin Baldoni = which one makes the most money for them? It's an easy choice. We have no idea what was said or requested behind the scenes that led to him being dropped by them so assuming it's the outcome of an investigation is a huge leap.

Oversimplification is your own head canon right here. Don't you realize that talent agency can't fire their client before a proper investigation, let alone firing someone cos the other client they are handling deemed more profitable? What is this high school and its popularity contest? :smh: cos otherwise those said client can sue them for being treated unfairly.

Technically in the US employers can do whatever the f. they want lol. The country's law does not favour employees at all. But even without that, we live in a post me-too world where a lawsuit about sexual misconduct (whether true or false) can still be deemed sufficient grounds to terminate a contract with someone. And you're also completely delulu if you believe that money can't buy literally everything. It's not about high school and popularity, it's about money. That's all these people understand and all that speaks to them. Ultimately if Blake and Ryan can make the agency way more money than Justin, they will pick that side. And representing both sides during a lawsuit is such an obvious conflict of interest that just that alone is sufficient grounds for termination. Use your critical thinking, PLEASE.

lmao.

1) the screenshot you provide says "allegedly". it means what it means.

2) these screenshots can so easily be created and falsified. and blake's team is more than capable of falsifying these considering we can all falsify these if we wanted to. (just ask your mom to write you these texts and change her name to "JB")

3) extremely unlikely that if these individuals were involved in something like this they would screenshot and leak their own conversation

4) even if any of this is true it still doesn't confirm or prove that he sexually harrassed anyone, which is what my original comment was about. assuming he did want to smear anyone's name, it's not a confession of SH ffs.

so your comment didn't achieve anything other than being completely beside the point...

What are you talking about? The people accusing Blake of falsifying these texts are insane and don't know how our legal system works. The text messages which are actually in the lawsuit were subpoenaed which means Justin HAD to turn them over.

Two things can be true at once. You can find Blake unlikable while still acknowledging Justin probably did some messed up stuff. The allegations in the lawsuit, which it seems most people here didn't actually look at, are pretty heinous. And I wouldn't be surprised if it were true, this is a very common way that many men act unfortunately.

I can't believe that people like you 1) didn't read the lawsuit 2) are simultaneously falling for the PR campaign against Blake that you didn't even believe existed at first. Y'all are totally buying what he's selling. So she was rude in a few interviews. That's not nearly as bad as what the lawsuit alleges he did. And there is a huge amount of actual evidence supporting her claims in the lawsuit. Don't be so simple minded and so easily swayed by what is literally PR. Y'all fell for the same stuff with Amber heard who was treated horribly.

Okay and her being a bully in this interview somehow means Justin couldn't have done anything wrong? Is that what you are suggesting, because I hope it's not.

Why don't you read the lawsuit before defending Justin.

lol. all the assumptions in this message are so hilarious i'm not going to even bother answering. like you said, two things can be true at once, but it seems in your case the only thing that can be true is whatever blake lively is saying. and then you have the gall to call me simple minded when you don't even know me lmao. ok jan. :trollga:
