Yeah I actually like Sexyy Red's music (was so disappointed in her initial Trump support, but at least she switched sides and endorsed Kamala later on, but I'm honestly kind of baffled at her on a Gaga track...much less combined with Bruno & Rose.

I'm almost wondering if it's some sort of music special with Gaga performing several songs live (including one with Sexyy Red, one with Bruno, and one with Rose)? Like remember Ariana put out several "live" versions of Positions.

I feel like that would make way more sense than all four of them together on one track.

Yes. She's a pretty prominent rapper. Not on the level of Meg or Glo, but she's still fairly famous here in the US. She also had a hit song with GloRilla not that long ago, and apparently she and Glo are doing another joint project together.

If she was going to work with a female rapper, I wish it was GloRilla or Meg instead, but she's still good. Has a very distinct voice when rapping...some people hate it and some love it.

She also infamously praised Trump, and then walked it back and endorsed Kamala and praised Kamala Harris.

I'm guessing it's a live event by Bruno. He might have a song coming out with Sexyy Red. And he's performing DWAS, APT. and the upcoming Sexyy Red collab? He does have quite a few collaborations with rappers after all.
