I just want you all to know that this won't change a thing. It will only add more streams to the overall album.

But the album is done, she didn't record other ballads along the success of DWAS. How do I know that? Well, because I stan her since 2008 and I know who she is and what kind of artist she is.

I’m fine with it being on the album. I’ll hear it more then instead of having to fish out the single.

This is the third time (recently) that she’s used the word “Chaos” - I have to think it’s in the title of the album.

No shade but she's not stealing this song, DWAS is an Interscope song (just read the credits on Spotify), it's her song that is not tied to any album. Bruno said himself he had no plans for using this song on his own.

I'm sure she also had plans for The Cure before JWT was cancelled. She talked about a b-side of Joanne in backstage of her shows.

Literally everyone would jump on this song if they were on in the same shoes she's in right now. So just let her breathe. She's able to make anything she wants of her songs.

I'm actually a bit surprised she did it, but I'm not mad. It could work as a bonus track, and we don't know how diverse the album is yet, so it could work with the rest of the album in the end.

What we should be focused on: "Gesaffelsetin and DJs". That's hyping me UP.

Nite

I'm surprised anyone is really expecting cohesiveness as a goal she has with LG7 when she's literally  saying this: "so many different genres, so many different styles, so many different dreams. It leaps around genre in a way that’s almost corrupt" :oprah:

Ok, after reading all the comments in here I have to say there's negativity in both the "drama" team and the "don't complain" team, so nobody should give any lecture in here :vegas:

What a mess of an opinion forum :ladyhaha:

I was kinda put off by this at first but now I’ve warmed up to the idea. I think it’s a smart strategic move. The fact that Ga/her label had to sneak DWAS into LG7 (and the fact that she wrote another ballad that didn’t make it into the album) tells me that the rest of LG7 will probably be too ‘experimental’ for the GP to digest (and I’m fine with that because I love WeirdGa). But her label can’t afford another flop from her because she is Lady Gaga after all, and they need to maintain the status quo of her being one of the biggest pop stars. So including DWAS is a smart move because hopefully the GP will check out other LG7 songs and maybe we can have new fans who aren’t only into ballads. Who knows, maybe we can get another Bloody Mary moment with one of the LG7 songs.

This!!! I'm excited

I'm sure Interscope listened to the album and were scared lol DWAS being on it is just to have a secured hit because they don't know how the album will do lol

Gaga, on the other side, might be very confident because she might've had full creative control this time :firega: I trust her... But I still think they could've also included it on Harlequin and save it :messga:

I mean, you can always skip it. I don’t listen to it and it’s not like I’ll suddenly start because it’s on LG7. It’s not my kind of music, and I obviously expect there to be other songs I don’t “click” with. You act as if it’s an unskippable ad.

She’s the artist that has Speechless on the same album as Bad Romance, You and I on the same album as Scheisse and Dope on the same album as Aura. We’ll be fine. All the cohesiveness discussion is bulshit and unnecessary

i understand all the fans that are yelling at this decision. lets be honest its a strategic move to bring on more streaming to LG7. but also, its GAGA. the statement above is a good statment she knows how to mix everything and more about if the album is called CHAOS

kindest regards

And god knows if we'll ever hear the ballad she's talking about

My gut is telling me we won’t  we’ve heard numerous times before about other tracks that she might use in the future and they never get released :rip: only way I see this happening is a deluxe version being released down the road

Also, they confirmed that she was filming a music video this week! So many awesome new things she teased and yet people are stuck on complaining about DWAS :smh:

They did?! I missed that!
