I actually streamed Cowboy Carter while I was at work the other day and it's honestly excellent kinda mad at myself for not giving it the time of day before. I expected house and dance music but it really wasn’t it. Then listened to it more once the US tour dates began and was completely obsessed when my shows came around. I love that tour so much. I went to the IMAX film plus the Castro Theater had a viewing and everyone was dancing and I made an absolute spectacle of myself during “Church Girl.” Beyonce was my second most listened to artist this year mostly due to Renaissance but still some Cowboy Carter.
